I got the snow!!

Well, not a lot, but enough to play in.

And enough to make the tall guy tell me
not to run so fast
because I'm about to make him fall down
and break his neck.

(He wasn't really about to fall down and break his neck.
A leg or a hip, maybe, but not his neck.
I think you need at least 8 inches of snow
to qualify as neck breaking.)

We're supposed to get some more tomorrow.
We'll see.

Snow-bound Jack,
signing off for now!

  1. Oh Jack, come visit Peanut in MI. We went to the bird feeder in the middle of the back yard and the snow was past my knee. Peanut was not impressed since she is a beagle and the snow was too deep to bound through. Enjoy & you two "guys" stay safe & warm

  7. Dear Jack,

YAY!!! Looks like there is almost enough snow on the ground to make a doggy snow angel - maybe if you get a little more tomorrow, you can give it a try - just flip over on your back and swivel your hips back and forth from side to side. It would make a great video for your blog! LOL

I really love this picture of you running, with one ear up in the air and the other blowing straight back - you look like you're having a blast! But, be careful with the tall guy - humans are not as hearty as puppies, and they only have 2 legs for balancing instead of 4.

Be safe out there, and have a riot in the snow!

    Your friend,
    Nancy
