We Interrupt This Blog.

We got the snows!

Right in our very own back yard.

We didn't even have to drive anywhere.

We now return to your regular blog,
already in progress.

Re: Amber's comment below:
It's done gone, except up on the mountains.
They closed the roads up to the top so no one could steal all the snow!

  4. Jack - We are not surprised. We once came to your neck of the woods to get some sunshine and it rained solidly for two weeks. You should ask the TG to take you to an Indian reservation in the rain. You'd enjoy it.

  10. Hi Jack and TG....we are so glad you received your own snow...was it a special delivery from Remington? He has been graciously shipping his 2 tons of snow to all who want it.

TG...per norm in NC our weather is cold and winttry one week and the next we have temperatures like late June. It was 81 yesterday and will be closed to that today. Tomorrow it might make it to 60..LOL

  11. Sometime in July and August we will wish we could see snow again but right now I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I bet it looks pretty on the mountain tops.

  16. OMD. Dad says that his planes out at the boneyard will get rusty now. Bet not too many locals have sleds. Never seen a cactus with snow on it.
