September 29, 2012

Madi (and her mom) said I should give the vet one of my books for doing my 'expression'.

I told her that the vet gets something she likes much more:

All the tall guy's money!!

Fortunately, he has enough to keep
buying my cookies.

And after all,
don't you think I'm worth it? :)

On another note,
lest you get any ideas,
the picture above is totally fake.
I do not sleep with a penquin.
Someone stuck it under my arm
when I was asleep and took a picture.
So be on the lookout for
penquin-stickers!!
And have a good weekend!

And now for the REST of the story...
(updated with extra added flavor!)

The Alpha-Pet book PDF is now ready for EVERYONE to download.  You'll be able to see your friends every day!

What?!?
You say you LOVE The Alpha-Pet Book, but you'd like a real book to be able to give away for Christmas or Halloween?  (And we ALL know how much kids love getting books for Halloween!)

A paperback copy of The Alpha-Pet Book will be available SOON.  (I asked the tall guy what 'SOON' meant and he said it means like when you're looking at him, waiting for dinner and he says "It's not time yet.  You'll get something to eat in a minute."  Well in that case, it's gonna seem like forever, but it's not.)

Update:  The tall guy said to tell you that he's waiting to get his copy from the printer so he can see how it looks before he tells everyone how to get one.  He doesn't want anyone to get a book that is not the most beautiful wonderful beautiful book.  I told him that with all the most handsomest beautiful pets in it, that it couldn't be anything but beautiful wonderful beautiful.  But he said that he wanted to make sure.  Oh, and I had to go to the vet place to show them my expression this morning.  Good times!  BOL!!

Since getting the PDF version of the book involves a lot of computer talk, I'll let the tall guy explain what's going on.

==
You can download the PDF version of The Alpha-Pet Book using the links below.  You can download it on your computer, iPad or Kindle.

Full Size:
http://db.tt/8Vec0Qa7

Medium Size:
http://db.tt/C4vfJah3

Small Size:
http://db.tt/J9Odvbqz

Size only refers to how big the file is.  All of the pages for each size are 8.5 x 11.  The biggest difference in the different sizes is the quality of the pictures.  The pictures in the full size book are better than in the small size book, but if you have a slow Internet connection you may want to download the small size PDF.

It's Ready and Rarin' to Ro!
er... Go!

The tall guy FINALLY stopped watching Doctor Whom
(what?  who? oh...) Doctor WHO long enough to finish the Alpha-Pet book!

If you sent a picture to be included in the book, you should have gotten (or will get very soon) an email from him telling you how you can download your very own PDF copy of the book.  (I'll put the links on here later this week for anyone else would would like to get the PDF as well.)

You can show all your friends, family and neighbors your most beautiful picture inside the book and tell everyone that you are famous!

But wait, there's more!!

He ALSO said to tell you that he has ordered an actual
paperback copy of the book and if it looks good (and does not have a picture of Lily flipped upside down like he had before he realized that Lily looked funny standing on her head), he will tell you how EVERYONE can get their very own actual REAL printed copy of the book for yourself!

Just think, bajillions of people around the world will be able to see your YOUR picture in FULL LIVING COLOR on a piece of paper INSIDE A BOOK!

But wait, there's more!!
What?
Oh, there's NOT any more.

Ok, you don't have to wait then.

Look at me!
I'm a trivet!

Look at what I got from Remington?
No, not the salad spinner!!

I got a trivet!
And I don't even know what a trivet is,
but that's what the tall guy said it was.

Ain't that too cool for school? :)

Thank you SO VERY MUCH, R (and B)!!
You are always so very, very kind
and thoughtful!

TRIVET!!!

And now, the rest of the story...

The Alpha-Pet book is 99.9999% complete.
The tall guy said it would be ready very shortly.
You will see a LOT of your friends in the book.
(27 of them to be exact!)

Also,
if you would like to get a hard copy of
"Jack:  A book about a dog
where the dog doesn't die at the end",
please send the tall guy an email.
He's working on that too!

Hmmmm,
for someone who is supposed to
be doing so much work,
he sure does sit around
on the computer a lot!

Did you know...

that nothing really rhymes with the letter H?

The tall guy and I are working on the Alpha-Pet book and he asked me to come up with a word that rhymes with H.

I suggested the following words:
banana
pizza
orange
Pepsi.

He was not amused!

Don't forget to send him an email if you would like a hard copy of my book!

September 15, 2012

I don't get it!

Why is everyone calling me Honey Jack Jack now?

===
From the tall guy:
I found a new place that will print actual hard copies of 'Jack:  A book about a dog where the dog doesn't die at the end'.  Although the pictures on the inside are in black and white,
it's still pretty cool.  AND unlike the all-color version of 'Jack', it didn't cost $35.00 a copy!
So, if you would like to get a hard copy of 'Jack' please send me an email at
jacksdad2011@gmail.com and I'll send you the information.

What a great Christmas gift for all your friends who don't have Kindles! Jack will even chew off half of the pages for you.  Then you will have Jack DNA and you can make your OWN copy of Jack.

September 14, 2012

Well, he's back!!

What did he get to see?

He got to see this:
and this:
and this:

And what did I get to see?

I got to see THIS:

That's right.  He got to see all the beautiful trees and mountains and waters and I got to see the inside of the PetSmart doggy hotel.

I'll be taking applications for new travel buddies real soon!

And he did not even bring me nothing back!

Don't Go!!!

I need this!!

It appears that the tall guy has decided to go
on a trip to the Salty Lake
and did not even take me.

I wanted to go to the Salty Lake.
I have never even been to the Salty Lake.
He said something about flying on planes again.
He had better bring me something nice back,
that's all I got to say!

September 8, 2012

Look at this!!!

Isn't that great?
The tall guy says that is called a CLAUDE.
It must be French.
Maybe 'the font' sent it to me!
Thank you 'the font'!

Actually, I thought it was a CLOUD.
But I guess that each cloud
has its own name.
I did not know that.
The tall guy is so smart!

Why am I so excited about CLAUDE?

Because, when CLAUDE is here,
that means that it is not so hot outside.
And then we get to stay out longer.
Especially if it is raining.
The tall guy says he doesn't
even mind getting wet when it rains.
Although he does begin to stink a bit
by the time we get home.
There's nothing worse than
a wet tall guy.
Let me tell you!

Sometimes...

you just need to scratch that itch,
no matter where you are
or who's watching!

And don't forget:
If you haven't sent your
Alpha-Pet picture yet,
you still have time!
