Looking for Dinosaurs!
Here we are, out in the wilderness, looking for dinosaurs.
The tall guy seems to think that we are just on a walk, but I know that we are really looking for dinosaurs.
(That is me, way off in the distance.
The tall guy thinks it's funny to hide and see
if I notice that he's not around!)
Eureka, Kansas!
I found a dinosaur bone.
Or perhaps it is just a big piece of wood.
Either way,
it is good to chew on.
Until someone tells you to drop it.
Then it's still good to chew on
if they aren't close enough
to take it away from you!
Dear Jack - Here's a little tip for you:
ReplyDeleteYou can get the tall guy on a technicality! If "drop it" is not followed by "leave it" you can drop it for a split second then pick it right back up again and resume chewing. No one can say you're disobedient!
I learned that from my golden retriever :-)
Your friend,
Nancy

That's a great wilderness walk and even if it is just a chunk of wood, you can pretend it's a dinosaur bone, that's more fun!
ReplyDeleteWTG Jack your very first dinosaur bone. When you got to the car I hope and purr TG didn't say drop it but let you put it in a place of honor at home!!
