Do you see what I see?

It might be kinda hard to see,
but there is an actual rabbit in the picture.
We see about 4000 of them when we take
our afternoon walk.

But they never want
to stick around and talk.

But wait!
Do you see this?

Yes, it's a big old mud poodle.
I don't know why they call it a mud poodle.
They should call it a swimming poodle.
It has been raining here almost everyday.
It makes it very nice when we take
our afternoon walks
because it cools it down and the tall guy
is not in such a hurry to get back home.

I hope it's cool for your walks
wherever you are!!

  3. Dear Jack,

Wow - 4000 bunnies - that's a lot of bunny poo for you to savor! My golden retriever used to eat that stuff like it was gourmet popcorn (but in a very sneaky way so I wouldn't know she even had it in her mouth until she started chewing and chomping like there was no tomorrow). She was quite an obedient and well-behaved dog, until it came to bunny poo; then she acted like an absolute heathen - as if she had never, ever in her life heard the commands of "Leave it!" and "Drop it!" no matter how loudly I was shouting it at her. UGH!!

The mud poodle looks very refreshing - I hope the tall guy allows you to take full advantage of it! :-)

    Your friend,
    Nancy

Wow - so jealous of all your rain! We have had a little. But nothing to make puddles like that! Enjoy!

  11. I make it a point to walk through every available puddle at all times. You never know when you might run out.

  12. I am half Poodle. Not a muddy poodle. The four legs and tail kind of Poodle.

  13. That poodle looks like fun. I just get to go in a big blue poodle in my backyard. My mom puts the hose in it and makes a big poodle of yummy water! I can't even drink it all! But I can splash around with all of my balls.
And guess what, my mom's name is BUNNY! She would love to see 4000 bunnies! maybe she could go on a walk with you sometime. But she doesn't like to splash in poodles.
