Hey you!
Over here!

I wag and wag and wag my tail, but they just keep on walking.  If they would just come here we could have a picnic.

If they brought something to eat that is.

New rule:  Any time you see a dog wagging his tail, you have to go have a picnic with them!

    OK Jack, we'd be right over if we lived a bit nearer. What do you fancy for the picnic - some of Bob and Sophie's sausages? D'you think they'd share them with us?
    We've told our bosses about the new rule - that will be one heavy picnic basket to carry !!

    That's so sad! My mama and the girls are real suckers for waggy tails and always stop to chat and pat and dogs we come across while out. I admit I do get jealous though!

    Jack that is very very valuable information. You know mom is walking Kasi our neighbor's dog a few days a week. She needs to know the proper doggie etiquette!
    Depending on how a cat is holding her tail it can mean a 100 different things. MOL
