December 27, 2013

I've got so much to tell you.

But first,
here is a video of me
opening my first Christmas present
(with a little help).

Can you guess what it is?

That's right, it's an antler.
I liked it so much,
I took it outside right after we got all the paper off
(well except for the label which someone left on),
and forgot that I had MORE stuff to open
for like 12 hours!!
(Well it seemed like 12 hours.  It was probably more
like 5 minutes!)
The tall guy had to come remind me that
I still had a bunch of stuff to open.
I guess I'll have to write about the other presents
(including one from Spencer in the bloggy exchange)
next time.

After I tell you about the bullets!!

  1. Jack, you were doing an excellent job and I am sure you would have gotten it, but it was nice to have a helping hand. I can't wait to read about the rest of your pressies and "bullets"

  3. Dear Jack,

Bullets??? In that case, instead of the official Red Ryder, carbine action, two-hundred shot range model air rifle, did you get a REAL rifle? The next thing we know, you will be telling us that you're in training to become the first ever sharp-shooting K-9 for your local police department!!!

I love the video - you were so patient when you were opening the antler! I bet there isn't much left of it by now....

Hope your Christmas was super-duper, and I can't wait to hear "the rest of the story" (as Paul Harvey would say)....

    Your friend,
    Nancy

For Boxing Day, I got my teeth brushed, ears cleaned, nails trimmed and a bath - deluxe spa day indeed!! All ready for the New Year's Eve pawty.
