We are EXHAUSTED!

The tall guy woke me up at 2AMs last night because he wanted to buy a new phone.  I don't know why I had to get woke up, but I went and watched him click on the computer for over 2 hours (and he still didn't get his phone).  So I told him that I was hungry.  He fixed my breakfast (it was almost 4AMs by that time) and when he went back to the computer, lo and behold, he got to order his phone.  I asked him if I could have his old phone so I could call my friends.  So, tell your peoples you want your own phone so we can talk to each other.

While we are waiting, we can play House Hunters.  If you're not familiar with House Hunters, it is a show where people look at 3 different houses and then buy one.  Actually, the peoples have already bought a house, so I don't know why they are looking at other houses.  But the tall guy likes to look at houses, so I sit and watch it with him when it's on the teevees.

Here is house #1:

Even though it costs only $14.00, we have decided that we would NEVER buy this house, because the paint color in the downstairs half-bath is ugly.

House #2:

We would NEVER buy this house because there is not enough room for all the entertaining that we do.  Never mind that we do NOT entertain, but, if we ever decide that we WANT to entertain, we are certain that we would need more than a 17000 square foot house to do all the entertaining.

House #3:

We might buy this house, even though we told our real estate agent that we absolutely, positively could only spend $500.00 and this house is $2.7 millions of dollars.  Because that's just the way we roll.

(Actually all of these houses are next to the park where we like to go walk.  We decided not to buy any of them because they all have teeny-tiny yards.  Some of them don't even have a back yard.  And where would I go to the bathroom at 4AM?  So, I guess we'll just stay where we are!)

  2. That's probably a good idea, Jack. Plus, you'd use up all your energy looking for your toys in a house that big.

  6. Hey Handsome Jack...my mom is a House Hunters addict too. Speaking of houses the modern Home in Historic Oakwood went to court. The Judge ruled in the home owners favor..they can move in...but they probably won't be invited to any block parties..lol most neighbors are not happy.
    Hugs madi your bfff

  7. Dear Jack,

You're a very good sport to hang out with the tall guy when he wants to stay up half the night..... Hope you get rewarded with some extra cookies (which you probably need, after having breakfast at 4:00AM)!!!

    Your friend,
    Nancy

  8. Hi Jack, mom watches those hunt for houses too. I don't get it. How about a hunt for rabbits, squirrels, or moles.....houses...cheez what fun is that?? Peoples really like hunting houses, and what is a granite counter top?? Is it edible? Tell tall guy to get a leash and take you out on a real hunt. Then come back and you can hunt a biscuit, bed and cold drink....that's what I do. Now that's a real hunt!!
