I don't think this was what Madonna
was talking about!
I think most of you are old enough to remember that old Madonna song "Express Yourself".
Yesterday, I was singing the
"Let someone else express yourself at the
vet's office!"
Not quite as catchy, but still...
And I feel much better.
No cameras were allowed.
You can thank me later!
(The funny thing is now you will think of me whenever
you hear that song on the radio!
Is that cool or what? BOL!)

ReplyDeleteMOL Jack...your reference to Madonna's song cracked up us. Mom told me when my sissy was a teenager she would start her Madonna tape just before she got inthe shower....the water was always turned off just as 'Express Yourself' started, which WAS what mom thought about when she heard that song...thanks to you she nows has another visual.

Madonna who? I have a teenaged sis and she listens only to Justin Bieber. But I googled and must say I like Madonna better :) My mom was a little amberesed when I told her I don`t know who Madonna is.

Thanks for the link on Roseville pottery, TG!! I went there and had a good look around. If my basket is authentic (and I think it is!) I've got a jewel even with the small chip. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI'm too old for Madonna, Jack. I can't even remember ANY of her songs!
We're with Ninny - except for the Roseville pottery part. Mama is also too old to have been a Madonna fan. You have quite an eclectic following, Jack, spanning many generations. Anyway, we know you're feeling better now. Abby always does. :)

I think all of us 'of a certain age' probably started singing when we read your post! hee hee xxx
ReplyDeleteMy Grandpa Angus Airedale was always expressing himself, especially in the car. Stinky!
ReplyDeleteSlobbers,
Mango
Thanks for that, Jack.
