Don't you see it?

Look really close.

Now do you see it?

It's ok.  I didn't see it either.

The tall guy was washing off the lawn mower yesterday and he saw some pine needles sticking out of the place where he keeps the hose.  He opened it up and was getting ready to blast out the pine needles, when he saw it.

There's a BIRD'S NEST in there.  With 4 blue eggs.

WHEW!! That was close.

The mama bird wasn't in there, but we're pretty sure she was watching us, because he saw her in there this morning.

So, before you blast something with the hose, make sure you look and see if there is a bird around.

You'll be glad you did!

  4. How lovely. You are going to have to be the best guard dog ever Jack and keep those cats away from the baby birds.

  9. Dear Jack,

That mama bird decided to build her nest in a place where there would be a built-in bird bath - pretty clever!!

    Enjoy your new visitors!
