A walk in the woods...

A poem,
by Jack

We went a-walkin' in the woods,
all on a sunny day.
The leaves and trees and even birds,
watched us on our way.

The shade was cool,
the air was clean,
The path, it had been trod,
We walked, first slow
and then some fast,
upon the dampy sod.

Oh won't you come and walk with us,
as we go along our way.
When we get done,
we'll go to McDonald's,
and the tall guy will always pay!

PS.  I'm sorry that some of you could not see the video
on here the other day.
But trust me, it was really funny!

  6. Dear Jack,

A walk in the woods with you and the tall guy would fill my heart with joy!

And when we got to McDonald's, I'd give YOU the Happy Meal toy! :-)

(I'd also give you some of my hamburger and fries, but I couldn't make that rhyme)...

    Your friend,
    Nancy
