Jack At The Movies
Our occasional series in which I, Jack,
review a movie which prominently features
an actor of the canine persuasion.

Looks just like you Jack!
ReplyDeleteMaybe you can review one of the ebony colouring?
I haven't watched this yet, popping the popcorn now to curl up on the sofa and see what the fuss is all about.
Our hu-dad says that movie is one of all-time traumatic childhood experiences.
ReplyDeleteLoved the review! Hilarious.
ReplyDeleteA horror flick for sure!!!!
ReplyDeleteDon't watch or read Where the Red Fern Grows...I read it to a clss of 2nd graders years ago...what was I thinking?
I remember when that movie first came out and how my sister cried at the end. Me? I was to adorably young at the time to sit through it. (ahem.)

ReplyDeleteWe agree Old Yeller is the best!!! Mom tells me movies and pictures back in the Stone Age (fyi:she is older than dirt) were simpler and sweeter.
Madi and Mom
THAT is NOT the movie for you to watch, my friend....
ReplyDeleteBrilliant review, thank you Jack! P.S. You look dashing.
ReplyDeleteJust SAY Old Yeller and Mom gets teary eyed. She has not watched it in forever. Tells us we would NOT like the way it ends....

This is the funniest blog I've ever seen. I found you through Chronicles of a Country Girl and I'm so glad I did.
ReplyDeleteLoved Mona and Big Earl. I'm ashamed to say I didn't know it before hand.
Definitely right up there with Marley and Me and All Good Dogs Go to Heaven as movies guaranteed to make your eyes leak!
ReplyDeleteJack, thanks for replying to my post about you and for becoming a follower of my blog. I hope you like flowers. Maybe I'll throw in a photo of a squirrel now and then.
ReplyDeleteYou make me want to have a dog. I mean, BE a dog!
Keep up the good work.
That's the way I'd review movies too. "THIS MOVIE IS BAD." "THIS MOVIE IS GOOD." I guess that's the reason no one pays me to be a movie critic... ;-)
ReplyDeleteOh Jack....I hope you had tissues...
ReplyDeleteI think maybe you should try a movie like G-Force where there are only guinnea Pigs and no puppies..
Smileys & Snuggles!
Dory, Jacob and Bilbo
