What's an 'Old Fogie'?

The tall guy said when he was growing up, whenever someone took a picture with their camera they had to use something called 'FLIMS'. He said these flims were very expensive and it's a good thing that he doesn't have to use flims to take my pictures or otherwise we would not be able to eat.

To that I say, thank goodness for not flims!!

Oh, he also said if you want to make your pictures look like 'Polaroids', you can find the software here: http://www.poladroid.net/. It is free. He said if you wanted to make your pictures look like 'Hemorrhoids', you were on your own.

  7. Polaroid Jack - Love the pawprint in the bottom right hand corner of the canyon scene - that's real authenticity.

  10. Jack boy is TG right in those days I rarely developed all the film I took. Which explains why I don't have many pictures of Toto the mighty mini Dachshund.....

BUTT mom would like to say when she was learning to use the digital camera...she called it a pain in the butt for several months.

  19. Now WHY would anyone want their pictures to look like a Polaroid? They were always awful! My goal is to take good photos, not to take good photos and then make them look bad LOL

(Now,a Polaroid picture of a hemorrhoid would be an improvement... )
