Sticks Is Good!Next time you're out on a walk or at your local park, you should pick up a stick and give it a chew. There's nothing quite as relaxing as wolfing down a walnut, biting a birch, or eating an elm! Not only is it fun, it contains no calories*, for those times when you're watching your weight. Better still, if you're out in the forest, just find a tree and gnaw.
*Update: Well, I'm just gobsmacked - it appears that wood DOES contain calories. But I still don't think it will make you fat!
