It's Just Like Pulling Teefs!!

 

Sometimes the tall guy just does not want to go outside
and play.  Something about 120 degrees being too hot!

I told him we can always get up at 4AM to go play.
He said anytime I wanted to get up at 4AM to go play,
he would give me the car keys and let me go wherever I wanted!
So are you ready for a
ROAD TRIP?

I think this guy might like to go with me:

He's too cool for school!

And don't forget to get your recipes ready.
The tall guy said he would give out all
the information on Tuesday.

AND ON A COMPLETELY NOTHER NOTHER NOTE:
The tall guy would like to know if anyone has access to a 
3 - 5 year old human bean.  He is working on a kid's book
and would like to see what they think about it.

I think if I had a human bean,
I would name them Pinto.

    Please stop by amd pick up me and Maggie when you get those keys to the car..we will be waiting!
    And no we do not have one of those human beans but we planted string beans today...will that work???

    Yippee, road trip! We're packed and waiting, too. Jed calls dibs on getting to plant his nose on the vent where the AC comes out. Mama has a grandbean who will be 5 in June; he comes with a 7 year old sister who would also insist on being included, however. They have a black Lab girl, too. And a cat.

    The hu-dad knows better than to offer us keys - or his Jeep would be gone. He thinks we are constantly trying to figure out how to hot wire it.

    No little peeps here sorry - just us! How cool is that dog in the car, we wish we could drive, we'd be out on the town every night. Our human says she has a great liver cake recipe if no one else sends one to you, we love love love it! Dex & Lou x

    Thank goodness none of those wee beasties around here. Just not a fan.

    OMC Jack that first picture made Mom cringe...she had a dental appointment from h#@$
    last week. Deep scaling on one teef took 30 (yes thirty) minutes!!

    Ok on to the fun stuffs. Mom and I have local access to a just turned 2 year old human Diva and her brother who will be 5 in September and we have email access to a 1 and 4 year old. Both sets are good friends. Oh and we have email access to the 2 year old also if that is your mode of sending the book.
    Let us know if you need any them for anything thing.

    Can you swing by here too, Jack? We are always up early and we have the same problem with our human.

    We have two four year old biped grandkiddos who are here several days of the week if you need any more volunteers.

    We has a 3 yr old grandbean boy, and he likes books! A 7 yr old and 10 yr old that LOVES books! Maybe they can help. Be careful you don't loose any teefs over that tugging! I lost one once! Your friend Billy

    4 a.m.!! Jack you should try 3. Everyone should get up at 3 a.m. at least for about a month straight, it's good for the character. Tell TG that bol!!

    And for TG:

    If you want local - try a local childcare facility. They would probably be very happy to have someone come in and read to them and you can see firsthand their reactions. Or just leave one or two prototypes lying around. (I run one but not for much longer and not local for you or I would offer to help.) :)

    Jack, lay the guilt on TG - you know soldiers in all their gear in 120 degree heat. He'll probably tell you that they're younger and fitter than him, and that dogs also WORK in that heat, bla, bla, bla. Humans. Can't live with 'em, can't bite 'em... We thought you might be here for the LA Times Festival of Books this weekend, promoting your book. If so, cruise by!!

    Wonders if da TG would lets me drive...maybe we shouldn't tells him though. My idiot mum gets up at 4am and hers don't even has a job.

    Hi! We are eagerly awaiting the arrival of one of Jack's full siblings from Sundancerlabs! Theresa referred me to your blog and I am thoroughly enjoying my copy of Jack's book (Kindle edition)!
    In regards to your search for young book critics, I would suggest the public library. I know they have storyhour at some of their branches and I suspect that a visit from your celebrity dog might be enthusiastically welcomed!
