Well, he FINALLY got back home.


Something about storms, planes, turbulence, thought he was gonna die, blah, blah, blah.  I stopped listening after he said he didn't bring me anything.

But then I made him take me on an extra long guilt walk this morning.  Nothing better than getting a long drink of water when you're out on a guilt walk.  Even if you're not thirsty!

On another note, if you remember, we said we were going to give away a $25.00 gift certificate to Amazon this week.  Well, we did the drawing and the winner is:

So, after fees, handling and taxes,  the winners will each get their .03¢ gift certificates in the mail as soon as...
What?  You mean we're not including fees, handling and taxes?  You mean they get the whole entire amount?  Well I wish I had known that.  I would have entered myself!!

So, as soon as the tall guy gets back from the grocery store, I'll have him email each of the winners with their prizes!!

Oh, and get ready for another announcement on Monday! :)  (No, I am not getting no brother or sister - you can just get that idea out of your heads!)

    Have a heart, Jack! Planes can be very scary you know! Well, I guess you don't know. And that is something we humans love about you four-legged friends of ours! Congratulations to the winners. What a generous soul you are - I mean 3 whole cents!!

    Congratulations to the winners! You are most generous with the TG's money. We like that in a dog. We find it hard to believe the TG deserted you for days and failed to bring you a contrition gift. Obviously, more training is required.

    BTW, the human pup is still working on his book review. His mom had to print it out for him and they're going to read it this weekend. Last weekend, as you might expect, was taken up with other activities.

    TG welcome home we missed you and I'm sure Jack did too in spite of his attempt to give you a guilt trip. Jack you do not look like you suffered any from your recent stint at the Doggy Palace!!

    Aw, Jack... your dad is cool! He came all the way over to The Man's blog (www.hermitblog.com) to say he'd bought MY book! How'd you get so lucky to find a human like him? Did you get him at one of those human shelters? I found mine out in the middle of the sticks.... and I'm glad he came back from Tonio....

    We just left a review for the book on Amazon.... thanks for writing such a fun book! Now I have to keep the Kindle out of reach of Angelo and Maggie... can't have them getting any ideas from Jack... except, of course, I read it out loud to them....
