Sometimes when I was out walking with the tall guy, I didn't understand
why he just walked by all these amazing smells.
Then I read this article and now I understand.
This also explains why I sometimes have to
leave the room when he's watching tv.

Thanks for sharin' this article with Mom-I've been tryin' to explain this to her for years.
ReplyDeleteI leave some pretty amazin' smells myself but I kinda enjoy 'em. I guess that's what 2 leggers call "leftovers"
Keep up the good work, Handsome Jack!
Chester ;0=)
That was a pretty interesting article. When Ti got skunked, we could hardly even breathe--imagine what it must have been like for him?? LOL (Not that he learned his lesson--he'll still go charging any wild critter that happens to be in the yard...) Keep on sniffing, Jack!
ReplyDeleteMy Mom wants to teach me to find things (like my little girl, she thinks it might come in handy when she gets to be a teenager ha ha).
ReplyDeleteAre you going to learn to find things with your nose Jack?
Licks and slobbers,
Byron
Woof! Woof! Thanks for sharing such an interesting article. LOL!!! Lots of Golden Woofs, Sugar
ReplyDeleteHas to be true.. I am part Lab(the best part) and I SMELL everything!! Sometimes it can be a curse... My nose is on alert at all times!!

So, now you have the tracks of people stuck all over your nose! One day Tootie wil get to experience the great outdoors. I know she can't wait.
ReplyDeleteLiz and Tootie
Oh me oh my Jack I'm not touching this one!!!
ReplyDeleteBut I did LOL big time.
Madi and Mom
You are being discreet for a change, Jack and I'll follow suit. Sometimes, having a strong sense of smell can be a curse!
ReplyDeleteTwink!
You da man, Jack! That is why you are the top CSI agent on our team! Good sniffing, man!
ReplyDeleteJack, it's better to use your nose to smell than to do this with it....

Ha-ha... Thank you for the smile, dear Jack!
ReplyDeleteSam
Haha - that's funny!
ReplyDeleteJack, do you ever blame it on the Tall Guy???
ReplyDeleteI try to blame it on dad sometimes, but mom never buys it...
Luv,
Cloud
I love how they explain they can sense your mood through smelling - no wonder they are so sweet. This is one of my all time favorite pictures of Jack. Pure happiness and innocence :)
ReplyDeleteWho know? You nose!
ReplyDeleteKoda
Our humans want to know why we canines, with our refined sense of smell, do not have to leave the room like the humans do when Kiska, er, suddenly feels better.
ReplyDeleteHaha how funny!
