LOOK WHAT WE DID!!

It seemed like everyone was going out and having fun, so I asked the tall guy if he would take me back up to the lake.  AND HE DID!  Sometimes he's a pretty good guy.  Although I got a bit excited when we got there and just about broke his neck when we were trying to get to the water!  I'll have to work on that or we won't get to go back :(

I had to stay on my string because there were a lot of people there fishing and the tall guy was afraid that I would try to go up and say hello to them.

We saw ducks!

And then we went to the ski area where all the snow used to be.
Someone must have borrowed it, because it's all gone now.

I don't know why he wanted to take a picture of a flower, but here it is!

We had a pretty cool day.
We left the windows down so I could dry off on the way home.
And now I don't even stink!

===
On another note, the tall guy still needs about 5 more recipes for the cook book.
Please send them to jacksdad2011@gmail.com.
Thanks!

  4. Jack ! The French papers say that Madame Palin has bought a house in Arizona. You'll be neighbours . Forget showbiz, a career in politics beckons.

  6. Raider is thinking: Oh No, is it Jack's bath time again?!
He would never go into a lake on purpose!
(Raider is an embarrassment to his breed, being an "aqua phobic" Golden Retriever. Bath time is such a thrill! NOT!)
But I'm glad you had a great time in the water, especially with it getting plenty hot down there in AZ!
    Belly rubs to you Jack
Hugs to TG for the pics!

  8. Gosh, it souds like you had a wonderful time near the lake and ski hill. We haven't gone to the lake in awhile but of course we go the the beach at the sea very often. And we love to run at top speed upand down in the awesome sand. Maybe some day you can go to the beach at the sea too!
I got in trouble about the running on the leash thing too. I just get so darned excited when I see the water. I guess my people just don't understand that I know where the sand and water are and I could get there a lot faster if they didn't put that darned leash thing on me!
But I will try to be good so I can go there often to play.
    Hugs and wags, Mistaya...and Maggie
