My Latest Trick!!
Sometimes when we go to the park, the tall guy is ready to leave before I am. So, I've learned a new trick all on my own. If I lie on my back, he doesn't have any way to pick me up. He tried rolling me over, but I just keep rolling until I'm on my back again. I find that if I get on my back, I can stay until the tall guy gets 'X-ASS-PURR-ATED'. (I don't want to know what would happen when he gets Y-ASSPURRATED and Z-ASSPURRATED!) That tells me it's finally time to get up and go wherever he's trying to go.Have you learned any new tricks that I can use? I wish I could do tricks like Katie and Louie. They are amazing! They are learning how to do tricks so they can help peoples. Maybe if I keep watching their videos, I can learn how to help peoples too!
Hey Jack, I really like all your new things. My person keeps me up to date on everything you do. Please tell the Tall Guy to come before 6 am so that I can play with you. I have to run a mile to and from the puppy park, so we have to leave before it starts to get warm (sometimes, though, I go for breakfast with Angus, Pogo and Rajah -- thats lots of fun too -- we get LOTS of treats -- you should join us there, too). Anyway, hope to see you again soon.
ReplyDeleteLucy would love to play with you but she lives on the westside. I think I will have to continue to read to her about your adventures.
ReplyDeleteThe old "Dead Weight" routine works everytime for us large labbies!!!
ReplyDeletevery clever Jack
ReplyDeleteJack - I can send Special Forces to help if you need them. Let me know!
ReplyDeleteMum calls it my "sack of potatoes" routine, when I don't want to be moved. I can be light as a feather when I want to, like when I sneak up onto Mum's lap in the car. I know you can do it too, Jack. You just have to "think" yourself really, really heavy.
ReplyDeletethat's quite a trick Jack - I don't have any tricks - I'm just cute - that's all I got!
ReplyDeleteJack you are so smart figuring our a way to postpone having to leave where you are having so much fun.
