I think I've figured it out!
I think peoples (including one tall guy) are too far away from the ground. They don't smell all the good stuff that the puppies can. That may be why they are always walking away from the good smells!So next time you're out on a walk and find a particularly good smell, make sure you roll around in it. That way when you get home, and are lying in bed next to your peoples and they say 'What in the HECK is that smell?', you will know they are thinking of you. Or maybe it's just the bean burrito they had for dinner.

It does sound like good advice. Unfortunately for me it usually means a trip to the shower monster. I guess Mommy doesn't appreciate a good smell.

Hah! Funny stuff... but I have a question for you. If our sense of smell is so keen, why do we stick our nose directly into every scent producing blade of grass, tree, bush, hole etc... this is a question I continually get from my assistant and I just don't really have a good answer.

Hey Jack --- Nothing better than a GOOD sniff. We do a lot of that. Sasha is like you and is very good -- I am learning a lot from her. We have different styles but Mom says we are both good. Especially when we play the find game. The rolling in good smells was fun for me and also got me a quick bath. Not bad cuz it was fun.
