Well now I'm just embarrassed!
Come to find out I wasn't really captured. I was just in the neighborhood dog area. I had been there hundreds of times, but I guess maybe the heat got to me. And, to top it all off, the tall guy was sitting there watching me all the time. 'Who do you think was taking the pictures?', he asked me. Anyway, thanks to everyone who offered to help me yesterday. It is very nice knowing that if I ever DO get captured by the enemy, I'll have lots of friends who will come help me escape or provide me a place to hide!PS - This is not the big dog park. This is just a place in the neighborhood where the neighborhood dogs can gather to smoke cigarettes, drink coffee and gossip. Without the cigarettes and coffee part.
OH OH OH!!! Just wait until tomorrow so I can tell you about my BIG SURPRISE that came in the mails! I would tell you about it today, but then I wouldn't have anything to talk about tomorrow! I'll give you a hint - it involves one of the nicest puppies in the world. Could it be YOU??

Jack, I'm so glad you are free again! On the 4th of July weekend, you should be free and have your independence...May I suggest running in the water somewhere without your string?

I wish we had a gathering spot like that! Our big park is far away so we can't go that often. Glad you were not being detained behind enemy lines though! Phew!
