OH MY DOG!!!!
Have you seen this??
Have you seen this??
The tall guy was flipping through the channels on the teevees last night (as usual, I don't think he watches more than 5 seconds of any program), when all of a sudden THIS came on! I could not believe what my eyeballs were looking at.
First of all, there is this little dog and he has this girl who insists on dragging him around everywhere she goes and let me tell you, that little dog is not happy!
First of all, he gets to go ride on a bicycle and then the little girl makes him come home and he don't get to ride on the bicycle no more. And then she makes him go to where all these little kids are screaming and jumping around and he almost gets stepped on like 200 times. And then she makes him go walking like 80 miles and did not even have no water or cookies for him the whole time. I bet she didn't even bring no poopy bags!
Well, I made the tall guy turn the channel after that. I think the movie was called 'The Wizard of Dog' or something like that, but I will tell you one thing. I'm not gonna watch THAT movie no more!
Poor Jack. Poor Toto. Hope you didn't have nightmares about Kansas.
ReplyDeleteMy mom used to watch that evFURRY year -
ReplyDeleteWay way bakhk, many years ago, she wrote a journal entry fur her Humanities khlass about it - her one teacher mentioned he had seen it the furst year it khame out!
Hugz&Khysses,
Khyra
PeeEssWoo: How about those flying monkey khritters!?!
That's a wicked show, fur sure. Lions and Tigers and Bears....OH MY!
ReplyDeleteDorothy did have nice taste in footwear....those would be good shoes to chew on.
Wyatt and Stanzie
Don't worry with a plot like that it'll never catch on.
ReplyDeletehee hees... 'da sounds like sometings 'dat would give Josie frighty mares...
ReplyDeleteJosie needs her teddy bears now...

Josie
If it was Wizard of Dogs, rather than Flying Monkeys, they would have had slow squirrels. Just saying.
ReplyDeleteGlad you turned it off before the flying monkeys showed up. Those guys freak me out.
ReplyDeleteSlobbers,
Mango
Mango is right, dose flying monkeys give us da creeps. :)
ReplyDeleteWoofs and Licks,
Maggie Mae
Jack seeing things through your eyes puts an entirely different spin on everything. MOL!!!
ReplyDeleteMom told me my human sis loved that movie and that is why she named our mighty mini Doxie (RIP) Toto. Mom said it didn't matter what type of dog they got she knew its name would be Toto.
Madi
Madi's Fountain:
ReplyDeleteDid it drive Jack or TG crazy? Ours doesn't make any noise. Madi absolutely loves hers. Lately I've found her with her chin resting on it watching the water. It doesn't take much to amuse Madi!! LOL She loves to drink from it as it slides into the bowl.
Madi's Mom
At least TG didn't watch it all 3 nights it was on like Rama!
ReplyDeleteBOL! You brought up a good point, Jack. How did poor Toto make it without any foodables......or maybe Miss Dorothy had some snacks stashed in that basket her always carried round.
ReplyDeleteMinnaK
Oh my! That's some fast teevee flippin'!
ReplyDeleteHugs and snaggle-tooth kisses,
Sierra Rose
Kansas is only one state away, but people come here from Kansas all the time, every time the wind blows as a matter of fact. The movie is right, they aren't in Kansas anymore.
ReplyDeleteMogley G. Retriever
You need to wait before you have the TG turn it off. It's called The Wizard of Oz and is about Remington's little sister Ozabella. It's all about cats and stuff.
ReplyDeleteBobo and Meja
What a strange movie that was! M.O.M. told me that she has watched this movie but didn't think I would enjoy it or understand it! We agree about Dorthy's lack of feeding and cleaning up afte Toto. Boy...dog poo would sure make that wizard guy real mad!!! MOM said she likes the movie and that it came out like centuries before she was born. Yea, us dogs have to believe them don't we!
ReplyDeleteHugs and wags, Mistaya
Thanks for the heads up, my friend! I will take it off my "Movies to watch" list.
ReplyDeleteDon't worry, I don't think it's a very popular movie. It will probably never turn up again ;-)
ReplyDeleteI'm with you Jack. I never liked that movie either. Red shoes are so out of fashion anyway.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if Toto was well paid for all that!
ReplyDeleteKisses and hugs
Lorenza
The stuff nightmares are made of! Don't let TG talk you into watching Ole Yeller, either!!
