An Early Christmas

Christmas has come early this year.
Look what I got.

Yep, that's right. A honkin' big disgusting bone!
I don't get a lot of bones as the tall guy
thinks I will break them and THEN try to eat them.

Yeah, I see you looking at my bone.
Don't make me have to slap you!

I think I have some gristle caught in my teeths.
Do you have any floss?

And now,
a bone haiku:

Look at my big bone.
It is so meaty and good.
I shall chew it all.

ICHIBONE!!

  2. No wonder you're protective of your Ichibone, if you hardly ever get one. Of course, enjoying a bone is a Zen experience! Enjoy the essence of the bone. To heck with that; chew it to tiny pieces and swallow them and enjoy the actual bone. It's not a cooked bone, right?

  14. ICHIBONE! hahaha
Raw bones are safer from breakage than cooked/smoked bones... but then again you have white carpet so raw bones + white carpet = murder scene. hehehe

  15. Ohh Jack, I simply love you!!! my hubby and I read your blog every day just like we check the news. We had a big black fuzzy labrador that went over the rainbow bridge. It was so sad but now we read your blog and you cheer us up. We admire your handsomeness and your ingenuity, but most of all we love the semi trouble you get into, it keeps the tall guy on his toes lol.
Happy Holidays Jack, I hope you get ALL the food you can eat on Christmas.
    Hugs JoAnn
