PS. I just made that up about Puppy Shadow Day.
I do things like that sometime.
It's not like lying.

    Oh, Jack, you trickster, you! Shadows are such fun! Tootie barks at mine. She doesn't know she has one, too, although I'll admit the small one she casts is hard to see. Babies have a lot to learn, don't they, Jack? Your shadow is as handsome as you are!

    I found the house through the school where I work. It belongs to one of our board members. He had grown up here. His folks both passed away about five years ago. I think he keeps it for sentimental reasons. We're the second 'caretakers' to live here.
