HOOSIERS

Is there a movie your peoples make you watch all the time?
Here is the one we watch:

It's called Hoosiers and we have to watch it like 4 times a day. I don't know why, because the same thing happens every time. But the tall guy likes to watch it because he says it makes him feel good. Well I told him it made me feel good the first 208 times we watched it, but lately I just want that one guy to miss the last shot.

He even has one of the original movie posters from the movie, but we are not allowed to look at it in case our eyeballs might fall out from the wonderfulness of it!

What movie do your peoples make you watch all the time?

  1. My assistant doesn't make me watch movies. She makes me watch crap like "The Bachelorette." OMD what a train wreck.

  2. We have a cleaning lady who sings all the songs from The Sound of Music. Does that count?

  3. My Master watches The Godfather over and over and over and over. Says it reminds him of his family. Huh? Momma, she prefers Terminator. I'll be back.

  6. Hi Jack
What a happy movie to be forced to watch 4 times a day!!!
Mom has several movies like that here we go in no particular order.

Grease, Dirty Dancing, Sound of Music, Wizard of Oz,absolutely any of Nicholas Sparks books that have been made into a movie, Lucky 7 (it is a made for tv movie). Plus there are at least 200 more... Mom is a movie freak. Last night she watched an oldie but goldie. The very first Gidget movie and the only one starring Sandra Dee.

  7. Tootie absolutely loves comedies and will watch them with me every chance she gets. But I don't watch movies more than twice. After that, it's What's The Point?

  9. The THIN MAN Series. It's all black and white - you'd think by now I'd get to watch COLOR pictures - but Mom says B&W are the best. Whatever.

  10. We haven't seen Hoosiers. Mom is fond of the old Lassie and Roy Roger movies, and we've seen those about a billion times!

  11. I hear ya. I get stuck watching whatever Mike and Beth watch. I would be happy just watching SpongeBob. Mike likes movies with things that blow up and guys running around with guns and scaring people. Beth like to laugh....some of her favorites are What about Bob, Night at Roxbury and Baby Boom (not real funny but she really likes it!). Hoosiers was a good show too!

  12. Hi Jack, Lady here - My Dad watches Liar Liar and Big all the time (plus a bunch of war movies and gangster stuff). He laughs real loud at Jim Carey; I guess that's like barking, so how could THAT be bad. Mom watches teenage coming of age movies (they all seem the same to me). I like watching anything with Air Bud. He is a hunk.

Can you slam dunk yet? Labron needs some team mates in Miami. It only pays minimum NBA dollars, but the perks are awesome.

    OUT - woof, Lady

  15. Oh Jack, we've never seen Hoosiers. Mom says she will have to Netflix it.
The movies that get watched over and over at our house are Blades of Glory, Zoolander, and Starsky and Hutch for comedies. True Romance and Zombieland are in the dvd player a lot too.
