MMMMMM, Turkey!

I hope everyone had a very nice Thanksgiving and
got to eat lots of good stuffs.

I got to eat some delicious turkeys.  I don't remember turkey being green, but the tall guy said that it was
a special kind of turkey.

Now about that pumpkin pie...

  4. Dear Jack,

I've heard tell of green eggs and ham, but green turkey?????? Maybe you should ask to see the wishbone....BOL

I hope you and the tall guy had a very special Thanksgiving (in spite of the green turkey). You were at the top of my list of things I was thankful for this year. Thank you for all the smiles and laughter you bring into our lives with your books and your blog :-)

    Your friend,
    Nancy

  5. OK, wait a second... you have 'green' turkey, I had 'orange' turkey.
Something isn't right here. I think this is going to take some further investigation. Also, why did they all fall asleep? I was wide awake!

  7. MOL Jack well as they say in the classic movie "Odd Couple"
when they see green in a container.
It is either very old meat or very new cheese!
Your kibble looks like Cherrios on Steroids.
    Hugs your BFFF Madi
PS we had a very nice T-giving thank you for asking

  9. I don't think there is such a thing as green turkey Jack. Unless of course, it came from the ranch of the Jolly Green Giant!

What ever it was, you enjoyed it, so that's the main thing I guess.

    Hugs,

  11. I think the TG totally tricked you! Unless green beans are made of turkey - that isn't turkey at all!

And don't forget - it isn't really pie unless it has ice creams on the top!!

    :)

  12. Yup, That's not turkey, that's OK Jack. I know why us Labs can't eat turkies... my mom says it makes me fart, you know, the old silent but really deadly kind. I always blame it on my father, BOL!
I did get some treats that came all gift wraped and hidden up the turkey's butt! My mom cooks them up special for me every turkey day! She never complains about me farting when I eat those lizzards.
