Can I Have Some Of That?

The tall guy was reading Da Puddles blog the other day and came up with an idea (which, much like the hair growing on his head, happens less and less each day).

To all the dogs, puppies and feline puppies of the world:

What would you think of doing a cookbook that has recipes FOR dogs and (wait for it, here's the big part) BY dogs (and feline puppies) too?  This would be a recipe book that both you and your peoples write.

A lot of peoples cook things for their fur-iends that look and taste really good, so that part would probably be pretty easy.  And, like Da Puddles, I'm sure that some of you could come up with some pretty tasty recipes too. (But no poop.  I don't think we need any poop recipes!)  I have some of my favorite recipes in my book, but I don't think it would be stealing if I used one of them again. 

If we can come up with like 30-50 recipes, the tall guy said he would put them all together and make it into an ebook and put it on Amazon.  Then we can give ALL the money we make to a good cause.  We can have your names and your picture in the book and everything.

So if you would like to help raise some money for someone (we can decide who after we see if there's enough interest), just leave a comment below.  If you know someone who doesn't read blogs, but might like to help, leave a comment below too.

I think it would be fun to do a 'cookbook' that features recipes for dogs as well as recipes that are written BY dogs (and feline puppies of course, Madi and Oz!).  If it is done as an ebook, there is basically no cost and then all the money raised would go to a good cause.  I figure we would need about 20-25 "real" recipes and an equal number of "dog-i-pees" (which are recipes written by dogs and not anything to do with pee).  So, if you are interested, please let me know.  Do not leave any recipes yet - I'll contact you and let you know where to send your recipes.  Thank you!!

There is a very small chance

No, the people from Ellen didn't call*.  BUT, when the tall guy and I were out playing, the GOOGLE map car** drove by us two times.  And then when we went home, the GOOGLE map car drove by us again.

So, one day soon, you might be able to see me and the tall guy on the GOOGLES!!  

I hope my hair looked good!

*  Ellen, we can be in LA in about 8 hours.  Just say the word!

**  Just in case you are wondering, the GOOGLE map car is a car that drives around taking pictures to put on the street view of Google maps.  It's actually a Volkswagen Beetle with the words 'Google maps' written on the side and a big red camera thingy on top!

 And I did not even get drowned!

OH MY GOODNESS!

Do you know about this?

There is something called a 'swimming pool' that you can actually play in the water, and no one will even tell you to get out!  I did not even know about such a thing.  The only swimming pool I knew about was the little one that we had in the back yard.  But this is a really big one that your feets CAN NOT EVEN TOUCH THE BOTTOM!!

We went to a place called Sabino Canyon Pet Resort

and they have a swimming pool just for dogs! 

Well, I guess cats could use it too, if they wanted to!

It was so amazing that it was amazingly amazing!

I was a little confused at first, because I had never seen no real swimming pool!

But then I got used to it, and boy was I glad. It was like taking a bath but you could move around in the water!

The swimming pool is shaped like a bone.

How cool is THAT!!

The tall guy was throwing the tennis ball in the water and I would go in and get it for him. Just like we do at the park, except wet!

(The tall guy got a little wet too, but he didn't seem to mind.  He didn't get in the swimming pool, but some of my water might have gotten on him when I was drying off!)

If you come to visit me, maybe we can go play in the pool together!!

So I would like to say "THANK YOU!" to the nice people at the  Sabino Canyon Pet Resort for letting me play in their pool! I hope I get to come back really soon!

if they bought gas for their car,

but he just gave me the stink-eye!)

So, if a million people buy my book,

we can give them a million dollars!

Since most of you have already got a copy,

please tell your bloggy friends, neighbors,

and in-laws to go get a copy.

They don't even have to read it,

(although I think they will like it if they do)!

a hard copy of my book.

Unfortunately, we are gived and sold-ed out

of them.  And since they cost SO much

to print, we will have to wait a while

until 1) I get offered a movie deal or

2) the Ellen show calls and we get

to go talk to her which will help us

sell 40 gazillion copies.  So if anyone

knows Ellen, please tell her that

we are waiting by the phone

for her people to call my people...

er... person...uh.. the Tall Guy!

I don't think he's ever had

any dogs on his show.

So, if you know Jon Stewart,

It has come to my attention...

that some puppies do not have any balls to play with!

Maybe they were taken away when they were younger.

Or maybe someone stoled them!

Well, if ever come to my house,

there are lots of balls to play with.

Because evidently I have some kind of

special gift when it comes to finding baseballs.

I found 3 at the park the other day.

So, if you're ever just looking

for a pick-up game of baseball,

and need some baseballs

with which to play,

I got about 80 dozen.
