OH MY GOODNESS.
LOOK!! 


It is FROZED!

This is one of my favorite water dishes
and just look at it.
It's all frozed up.

Now where will I get my water
when we're out on our walk?

    Wow, that's a really fancy and fun water dish! I'd like one of those two. Maybe until the thaw, TG can take you to a local pub...or a fast food drivethru.

    Licking the fountain could cause a problem, as mentioned by Clyde S Dale...
    But a greater concern should be peeing on the fountain...

    Well, shiver me timbers!! It couldn't possibly be any more frozed, that's for sure!

    It's very cold here in Michigan, too - there was a bank robbery in my town today and when the police told the robber to freeze - he did!!!

    Jack,..I bet your water fountains never frozen up in AZ! One thing about your new home is you will have more seasons to enjoy. Whatever you do FO NOT STICK YOUR TONGUE to any metal flag poles!
