And now,
A Few Word of Calm Reflection

Do you see the things on my nose?
I think it is grass but I'm not sure.
It may be bugs.
It's kinda hard for me to see.
(You try looking at the end of YOUR nose!)
And it all leads to this:
If I can walk around with possible bugs on my nose
and still keep smiling,
things can't be too bad!

So next time you're feeling sad,
go outside and put some bugs on YOUR nose.
And smile!

  1. Wow that is great advice Jack. I would have never thought of that in a million years. Mom wonders if it works for humans also.

I think they are cute bugs! You can befriend them like the Dory Movie...You can call them buggies and they can be you buggies!!

I think my secretary (the Mama) has had way too much allergy medication this morning!
